Synchro by EGOR, in the Outsourcing division, is recruiting an Administrative Technician for a client company that operates in the travel industry (river, sea, and freight) and has a global presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide support to the finance department;
  • Scan, enter, and verify invoices using the company’s proprietary software;
  • Handling customer service calls;
  • Performing administrative support tasks.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

  • Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (1 day of remote work);
  • Vila Nova de Gaia.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or training in administrative fields;
  • Computer skills from a user’s perspective (Excel);
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Readsoft software (preferred);
  • English proficiency—minimum B2 level.

CONDITIONS

  • Direct employment contract with the company;
  • Base Salary: €1,000.00 Meal Allowance: €8.50 (meal card).
  • Immediate start.
