Synchro by EGOR, in the Outsourcing division, is recruiting an Administrative Technician for a client company that operates in the travel industry (river, sea, and freight) and has a global presence.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide support to the finance department;
- Scan, enter, and verify invoices using the company’s proprietary software;
- Handling customer service calls;
- Performing administrative support tasks.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (1 day of remote work);
- Vila Nova de Gaia.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or training in administrative fields;
- Computer skills from a user’s perspective (Excel);
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Readsoft software (preferred);
- English proficiency—minimum B2 level.
CONDITIONS
- Direct employment contract with the company;
- Base Salary: €1,000.00 Meal Allowance: €8.50 (meal card).
- Immediate start.
