Synchro by Egor is recruiting a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician to work with a leading public entity.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overseeing and monitoring the Occupational Health and Safety action plan in the organization’s buildings;
• Preparing reports identifying needs and proposing improvements;
• Producing weekly follow-up reports;
• Developing control mechanisms and optimizing reporting processes;
• Organizing and filing documentation related to the activities carried out;
• Preparing internal supporting documentation;
• Liaising with various departments within the organization to address facility-related needs;
• Compliance with current ethical and professional standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
• At least 6 months of experience in the field of Occupational Health and Safety;
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations;
• At least 1 year of experience using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project);
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

CONDITIONS

• Base salary: €1,200 plus allowances (€235/month net);
• Meal allowance: €6/day;
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• Work location: Lisbon
