Synchro by Egor, is recruiting a Senior Technician, located in the Lisbon area.

Role:

• Analyzing applications and requests for payment, in the areas directly managed by the Program, where applicable;
• Preparing notices for the submission of applications, references, guides and respective computer applications;
• Monitoring the implementation of projects and ensuring compliance with applicable national and Community standards;
• Validating the conformity of opinions on applications (in conjunction with Intermediate Bodies - IOs) and ensuring the conformity of project financing decisions;
• Drawing up proposals for project financing decisions to be submitted to the Steering Committee;
• Analyzing various requests and proposing decisions to the Steering Committee;
• Monitoring support for projects in various areas, from science, technology and business, from the point of view of EU funds;
• Analyzing the conclusions and recommendations of control actions (audits, on-site checks) and preparing contributions for contradictory opinions;
• Contributing to the preparation of reports, procedure manuals and other management and control documents;
• Providing clarifications to beneficiaries and other stakeholders;
• Preparing Control and Reperformance Audit reports.

Working hours and location:

• Monday to Friday,
• Fixed weekend days off;
• Lisbon

Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Accounting, Public Administration or Economics;
• Goodcomputer skills;
• Experience inthefinancial area;
• Organization and work method;
• Autonomy in preparing tasks;
• Goodknowledge of Excel;
• Sense of responsibility, organization and dynamism
• English language.
