Technician
for a client company in the Lisbon area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of support cases, from opening to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with SLAs;
- Monitor internal and client applications on service and system management platforms (Storage, Virtualization, Firewall, Data, Voice, and Transmission Systems);
- Monitoring jobs in the Control-Me AS400 application;
- Monitor and analyze incidents logged in the data center infrastructure management (DCIM) platform, particularly in power and HVAC systems;
- Ensure the handling and triage of incidents (first-line customer support);
- Liaise with engineering and maintenance teams to address and resolve incidents;
- Recording and managing the fault database, including the start, actions taken, and completion of repairs;
- Monitor and schedule access to technical rooms and data centers.
WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
- Availability Monday through Sunday with two rotating days off per week;
- 40 hours per week between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m.;
- Lisbon.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma (minimum);
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems);
- Analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Good knowledge of English.
