Synchro is currently recruiting a (Junior) Fleet Manager for a prestigious client company located in Lisbon.

We are looking for an early-career professional with a college degree who is interested in developing skills in fleet management, infrastructure, and ERP systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the management of the company’s vehicle fleet;
• Monitoring suppliers and service providers;
• Assisting with the management of contracts, orders, and supplies;
• Creating and tracking purchase orders in the ERP system;
• Validating invoices and assisting with cost control;
• Research and comparative analysis of suppliers;
• Support for the management of telecommunications and general services;
• Preparation of reports and updating of information in internal systems.

Desired Profile:

• Recent bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
• Entry-level professional experience or internship in administrative, operational, or support roles;
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools;
• Knowledge of English;
• Analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork;
• Dynamism, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Location: Lisbon 
• Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Hybrid format: 3 days in person, 2 days remote;
• Meal allowance: €17/day
• Transportation allowance: 75€/month
