Synchro is currently recruiting a (Junior) Fleet Manager for a prestigious client company located in Lisbon.
We are looking for an early-career professional with a college degree who is interested in developing skills in fleet management, infrastructure, and ERP systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the management of the company’s vehicle fleet;
- Monitoring suppliers and service providers;
- Assisting with the management of contracts, orders, and supplies;
- Creating and tracking purchase orders in the ERP system;
- Validating invoices and assisting with cost control;
- Research and comparative analysis of suppliers;
- Support for the management of telecommunications and general services;
- Preparation of reports and updating of information in internal systems.
Desired Profile:
- Recent bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
- Entry-level professional experience or internship in administrative, operational, or support roles;
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools;
- Knowledge of English;
- Analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork;
- Dynamism, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

- Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Hybrid format: 3 days in person, 2 days remote;
- Meal allowance: €17/day
- Transportation allowance: 75€/month
