Synchro by Egor, in the Outsourcing division, is recruiting an Awareness and Promotion Specialist to work with a public transportation company, representing it at educational institutions as part of a sustainable mobility program based in Porto.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct information and awareness-raising sessions about the services provided;
• Conduct in-person sessions, presentations, and awareness-raising activities;
• Assist with the logistical organization of initiatives and follow up with participating schools;
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in communication with users.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

• Porto;
• Schedules to be determined based on the calendar of activities to be carried out.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education in a relevant field (Public Relations, Communication, Education, Sociocultural Activities, Psychology, and/or Social Sciences);
• Knowledge of Porto’s public transportation system;
• Driver’s license and availability for frequent travel;
• Excellent communication and oral presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with the public;
• Ability to adapt to different contexts and age groups;
• Dynamism, proactivity, and a spirit of initiative;
• Ability to handle unexpected situations and solve problems;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Empathy, friendliness, and a professional demeanor;
