Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a leading national company in the agro-industrial sector, located in Maia.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Carry out and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, in accordance with the quality, food safety, and hygiene procedures established by the company.
• Ensure the operational readiness and proper maintenance of equipment, guaranteeing its continuous and efficient operation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical malfunctions using the appropriate techniques and tools across various technological areas (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
• Report and document malfunctions, their causes, and the solutions implemented, contributing to continuous improvement and the technical log.
• Collaborate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring its proper integration into the production process.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:

• Maia
• Shifts:
• 4 days, 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• 2 days off
• 4 days, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM

2 days off

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance roles
• Proficiency with Office tools, including Excel (required)
• Proficiency in English (preferred)
• Willingness to work shifts;
• Proactivity, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
