Synchro by Egor is recruiting a Settlement Specialist (m/f) to work at a leading financial institution in Lisbon.

MISSION
Join the Securities Settlement Department, ensuring the execution of pre- and post-settlement processes, clearing, custody, and accounting controls related to securities transactions and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and ensure the correct settlement of securities transactions and related products;
• Perform cash and position reconciliations in internal systems and with local depositories;
• Ensure that reference data is updated in coordination with the responsible teams;
• Respond to emails and requests for information appropriately and in a timely manner;
• Support control and reporting activities within the scope of the operation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Up to 2 years of experience in banking/financial operations (preferred);
• Good knowledge of English (working level);
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.

CONDITIONS

• Base salary commensurate with demonstrated experience;
• Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• Hybrid work arrangement;
• Work location: Lisbon (Colombo or Parque das Nações).
