JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing and submitting proposals for the supply of medications and medical devices;
• Using and consulting electronic public procurement platforms;
• Ensuring the management and adherence to deadlines;
• Ensuring an appropriate and timely response to technical/scientific, regulatory, and administrative inquiries;
• Preparing, registering, and submitting support and sponsorship information on Infarmed’s Communications Platform—Transparency and Publicity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy;
• Responsibility, proactivity, organization, assertiveness, and attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit;
• Adaptability and flexibility;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
• Available to start immediately.

TERMS

• Permanent contract, directly with the client;

• Initial and ongoing training.
• Hours: Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (40 hours per week);
