Synchro by Egor is recruiting an Accounting Technician to join a leading company in the industrial sector in Alverca.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and reconciling accounts payable;
- Processing and recording invoices in SAP;
- Monitoring and resolving discrepancies with suppliers;
- Monitoring and optimizing invoicing processes and automating tasks;
- Preparing accruals and provisions;
- Account reconciliation and support for monthly closing activities;
- Supporting the preparation of payments and coordinating with the Treasury department;
- Confirming intragroup balances and providing support for transfer pricing processes;
- Preparing reports and assisting with document management and archiving.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles;
- Experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting;
- Good knowledge of SAP;
- Fluency in English;
- Analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
- Strong focus on continuous process improvement.
Conditions:
Base Salary: between €1,100 and €1,400 gross/month
Meal Allowance: €10/day on a meal

Schedule:
Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. Hybrid work arrangement
