Construction Administrative Technician
Synchro by Egor is currently recruiting a Construction Administrative Technician for a client company in the Cascais area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Documentation management (construction records, reports, site plans, etc.);
- Managing subcontractor and supplier contracts;
- Processing invoices, measurements, and payments;
- Organizing technical and administrative files;
- Preparation of production reports;
- Monitoring the receipt and shipment of materials and equipment;
- Logistical support.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
- Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday;
- Cascais.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or Civil Engineering (preferred);
- Previous experience in similar roles in the construction industry (minimum 2 years);
- Proficiency with computer tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and construction management software;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Driver’s license.
CONDITIONS
- Employment contract with prospects for long-term employment;
- Base Salary Flexible Work Hours Per Diem Meal Allowance.
