Synchro by Egor is currently recruiting a Construction Administrative Technician for a client company in the Cascais area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Documentation management (construction records, reports, site plans, etc.);
  • Managing subcontractor and supplier contracts;
  • Processing invoices, measurements, and payments;
  • Organizing technical and administrative files;
  • Preparation of production reports;
  • Monitoring the receipt and shipment of materials and equipment;
  • Logistical support.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

  • Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday;
  • Cascais.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or Civil Engineering (preferred);
  • Previous experience in similar roles in the construction industry (minimum 2 years);
  • Proficiency with computer tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and construction management software;
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Driver’s license.

CONDITIONS

  • Employment contract with prospects for long-term employment;
  • Base Salary Flexible Work Hours Per Diem Meal Allowance.
