Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a contact center supervisor for a company in the public transportation sector, located in Viana do Castelo.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the work team—training, supervision, vacation scheduling;
- Monitoring KPIs, with a focus on results;
- Organizing and conducting training and development sessions for team members;
- Operational management, such as resolving conflicts and critical situations and/or handling calls in cases of escalation;
- Other tasks inherent to the role.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- Full-time, Monday through Friday;
- Between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.;
- Viana do Castelo.
REQUIREMENTS
- 12th grade (minimum);
- At least 3 years of experience supervising customer service;
- Knowledge of CRM tools and performance metrics;
- Knowledge of English (preferred).
TERMS
- Employment contract;
- Base salary: S.A.
