Contact Center Supervisor

Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a contact center supervisor for a company in the public transportation sector, located in Viana do Castelo.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing the work team—training, supervision, vacation scheduling;
  • Monitoring KPIs, with a focus on results;
  • Organizing and conducting training and development sessions for team members;
  • Operational management, such as resolving conflicts and critical situations and/or handling calls in cases of escalation;
  • Other tasks inherent to the role.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday;
  • Between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.;
  • Viana do Castelo.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 12th grade (minimum);
  • At least 3 years of experience supervising customer service;
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and performance metrics;
  • Knowledge of English (preferred).

TERMS

  • Employment contract;
  • Base salary: S.A.
