Synchro by Egor is recruiting a Senior Business Solutions & Client Manager to work with a leading financial institution in Lisbon.
Serve as the single point of contact for corporate clients, banking partners (including fintechs and startups), and internal departments, providing functional and technical support for products and services, with end-to-end responsibility throughout the entire interaction cycle.
Responsibilities:

Provide general product support;

Provide functional and technical support;

Develop and maintain close relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;

Monitor, report, and manage incidents, complaints, and requests in accordance with established procedures;

Ensure end-to-end tracking of customer requests, facilitating cross-functional coordination between teams (front-to-back);

Conduct meetings, training sessions, and follow-up sessions with customers and partners;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the customer experience.
Requirements:

Senior-level experience in similar roles (customer support, product management, or operations);

Knowledge of CRM and ticketing tools;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

Functional knowledge of APIs and application integration (preferred);

Fluency in English and French (required);

Additional knowledge of other languages (preferred);

Strong analytical skills and customer focus;

Diligence, attention to detail, and critical thinking;

Ability to manage and facilitate meetings and training sessions;

Knowledge of compliance and incident management.
