Synchro Health, an EGOR Group company dedicated to providing health services and care, is recruiting psychologists to work with its facilities in the Algarve region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• In-person and/or online counseling within the program’s scope of intervention
• Providing support to address the psychological needs of young people
• Facilitate change and the adoption of health-promoting behaviors across various areas of intervention
• Listening to and addressing concerns and distress, promoting psychological well-being
• Promote the development of social skills
• Prepare clinical reports to be forwarded to other healthcare professionals involved in the cases

REQUIREMENTS

• Be a full member of the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association;
• Have more than 2 years of experience in the following areas:
  • Consultation, psychological intervention, or psychological counseling in the health field;
  • Skills development;
  • Health education and promotion;
  • Community psychology;
  • Youth health.
• Experience in planning, monitoring, and evaluating interventions;
• Experience in similar roles;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;

CONDITIONS

• Contract-based position, subject to availability and the needs of the department.
