Synchro by Egor is hiring Brand Activation Promoters to represent a prestigious global brand specializing in tobacco products in the Setúbal district.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• You’ll be the face of the brand, promoting products with enthusiasm and professionalism;
• You’ll build authentic connections with consumers, offering a unique experience;
• You’ll contribute to the brand’s growth and help achieve ambitious results.

Location and Schedule:

• Location: Setúbal District (Downtown);
• Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (16 hours per week);
• Immediate Start.

What we’re looking for in you:

• High school diploma;
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle (required);
• Previous experience in promotions, sales, or customer service (preferred);
• Excellent presentation skills, positive communication, and a proactive attitude;
• Genuine enthusiasm for interacting with the public and fieldwork;
• Full and immediate availability to start work.

• A permanent employment contract.

• Base Salary: 425€ gross/month Bonuses
• Meal allowance: 8.56€/day
