Synchro by Egor is recruiting Brand Promoters for a promotional event to be held in the Algarve.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Actively promote in-store sales, ensuring premium, results-oriented customer service;
- Represent the brand to customers, ensuring a distinctive shopping experience;
- Ensure the proper display, demonstration, and promotion of products;
- Drive sales of premium products and meet sales targets;
- Apply consultative selling techniques to enhance cross-selling and maximize sales;
- Ensure compliance with the brand’s standards for image, communication, and customer service.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- 40-hour workweek;
- Rotating shifts with fixed days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays;
- Algarve Shopping #8211; Guia.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in brand promotion, sales, or customer service (preferred);
- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills;
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor;
- Dynamic, proactive, and goal-oriented;
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
