Synchro by Egor is currently recruiting Brand Promoters for a promotional event to be held in Funchal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Actively promote in-store sales, ensuring premium, results-oriented customer service;
• Represent the brand to customers, ensuring a distinctive shopping experience;
• Ensure the proper display, demonstration, and promotion of products;
• Drive sales of premium products and meet sales targets;
• Apply consultative selling techniques to enhance cross-selling and maximize sales;
• Ensure compliance with the brand’s standards for image, communication, and customer service.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

• 40-hour workweek with fixed days off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays;
• Plaza Madeira #8211; Funchal.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in brand promotion, sales, or customer service (preferred);
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers;
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor;
• Dynamic, proactive, and goal-oriented;
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
