Synchro by Egor is recruiting a Business Project Manager – Change Management to work at a leading financial institution in the Securities Services division.

MISSION:
Join the Change and Project Management team, overseeing strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration across departments, and contributing to the business’s growth and efficiency.

ROLE

• Lead the framework, planning, and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to deadlines;
• Ensure coordination among different business areas and stakeholders, promoting effective and continuous communication;
• Monitor project performance using defined metrics, preparing reports and analyses for stakeholders and senior management;
• Identify and manage risks and constraints, ensuring their mitigation;
• Lead change management initiatives, preparing the organization for transformation processes;
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the department.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in project management and/or change management (preferred);
• Knowledge of project planning, execution, and monitoring;
• Experience in risk management, reporting, and performance monitoring;
• Fluent in English (required);
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities;
• Results-oriented profile with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Team spirit and professional ethics.

CONDITIONS

• Base salary commensurate with demonstrated experience;
• Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• Hybrid work arrangement (in-office and remote work);
• Work location: Lisbon.
