Synchro by Egor, as part of the Synchro Education project, is recruiting a History Teacher (with a minor in Geography) for a private school located in the municipality of Loures.

Our client is a private educational institution recognized for its educational quality and welcoming environment. It offers programs ranging from preschool through high school, promoting personalized instruction focused on the students’ holistic development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Teach History and Geography to 2nd and 3rd cycle classes, in accordance with the established curriculum;
• Plan and prepare lessons in an engaging and dynamic manner, fostering critical thinking among students;
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, using appropriate assessment tools;
• Collaborate with the teaching staff by participating in meetings and training sessions;
• Support students by encouraging their learning and curiosity about history.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

• Full-time position;
• Start in September 2026;
• Loures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Geography, preferably with additional training (minor or equivalent) in History.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching;
• Availability to begin in the next academic year (2026/2027).
