Synchro by Egor, as part of the Synchro Education project, is recruiting a 1st Cycle Teacher for the 2026/2027 school year, for a private educational institution in Lisbon that combines academic, musical, and character education grounded in Christian values.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop lesson plans in accordance with curriculum objectives and students’ individual needs;
• Teach core subjects such as Portuguese, mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts;
• Administer tests, assignments, and other forms of assessment to monitor students’ progress;
• Maintain up-to-date records on students’ performance and behavior;
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school meetings;
• Mediating conflicts between students and providing guidance when necessary;
• Foster good communication and partnership with parents and the community;
• Organize and supervise extracurricular activities that complement the school curriculum.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

• Full-time;
• Lisbon.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional certification for the 1st Cycle (Group 110);
• Previous experience in a school setting (preferred);
• Interest in pursuing a career in private education;
• Availability for the specified period.
