Synchro by Egor, as part of the Synchro Education project, is recruiting a Teacher(a) Elementary School Homeroom Teacher to join a prestigious private school located in Lisbon, recognized for its commitment to educational excellence, its focus on students’ holistic development, and its promotion of learning grounded in human values, innovation, and personalized support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as homeroom teacher for a class (1st or 2nd grade of elementary school), fostering a positive integration into the students’ educational journey;
• Plan, develop, and implement educational activities aligned with the national curriculum and a student-centered educational approach;
• Closely monitor each child’s academic, personal, and social progress through continuous and differentiated assessment;
• Foster a safe, inclusive, stimulating, and inspiring learning environment, promoting autonomy, critical thinking, creativity, and a love of learning;
• Actively collaborate with the teaching staff and families, contributing to an educational program based on closeness, cooperation, and the holistic development of students.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

• Full-time;
• Lisbon.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and/or Master’s degree in Elementary Education (1st Cycle);
• Professional experience is preferred, though it is not a requirement;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively;
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, creativity, and commitment to education;
• Alignment with an educational mission that prioritizes academic excellence, human values, and the holistic development of each student;
• Availability to begin work in the upcoming school year.
