Synchro Health, an EGOR Group company dedicated to providing healthcare services and care, is recruiting a Nutritionist to work with facilities in the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• In-person and/or online consultations within the program’s scope of intervention;
• Referral and coordination, both to other program components and to external facilities and partners;
• Preparing clinical information to be shared with other healthcare professionals involved in the cases in question;
• Producing evidence-based content for dissemination within the program’s scope of intervention—nutrition, referrals, and case management—to both other program components and external organizations and partners;
• Adherence to the methodology for planning, implementing, and evaluating the intervention.

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered dietitian with full membership in the Portuguese Dietetic Association.
• Experience in similar roles;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Immediate availability.

CONDITIONS

• Contract-based position, subject to availability and the needs of the department.
• Locations: Lisbon, Lisbon Expo, Moscavide, Santarém, Setúbal.
