Synchro by Egor is recruiting a Legal Professional to work at a leading public agency in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to the Executive Committee, operational departments, and Regional Coordination Committees;
• Prepare legal opinions regarding the management and implementation of programs;
• Respond to complaints and provide clarification to beneficiaries and external entities on legal matters;
• Support administrative litigation proceedings;
• Collaborate in drafting specific regulations governing program implementation measures;
• Ensure the follow-up of complaints with the competent authorities and provide support for the respective investigation processes;
• Draft responses to notices of attachment of receivables;
• Monitor and review internal and external regulations;
• Provide information and legal support to the various departments of the organization.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law;
• At least 2 years of professional experience providing legal services;
• Experience providing legal counsel to decision-making bodies and operational departments is a plus;
• Knowledge and experience in Administrative Law (preferred);
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative;
• Analytical skills, a critical mindset, and a results-oriented approach;
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Base Salary: €1,762.31;
• Meal allowance: €6.15/day;
