Synchro by Egor is recruiting a Legal Counsel – Public Procurement for a prestigious client in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the departments and management;
• Draft and monitor public procurement procedures initiated by the Municipal Department of Culture within the scope of the client’s activities;
• Draft protocols, partnership agreements, and other technical-legal documents related to exhibition activities and museum programming;
• Draft contracts for the temporary loan of cultural assets;
• Process donation procedures for inclusion in the client’s collection, with a view to their acceptance by the Lisbon City Council;
• Manage processes on the Acingov and Basegov platforms;
• Prepare legal opinions and provide support in the interpretation and application of legislation regarding public procurement and administrative law.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law;
• Additional training or specialization in Public Procurement, Administrative Law, or related fields (preferred);
• Solid knowledge of the Public Contracts Code and applicable legislation;
• Experience in preparing, monitoring, and validating public procurement procedures;
• Experience in drafting legal opinions, procedural documents, contracts, and other legal documentation;
• A strong sense of responsibility, technical rigor, analytical skills, and a critical mindset;
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Terms

• Service contract with an initial term of 6 months, renewable for an equal period;
• Work hours: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.;
• On-site work arrangement;
• Work location: Lisbon.
