DUTIES
- Use appropriate methods to attract candidates, ensuring a consistent database in order to respond quickly and effectively to client offers/requests;
- Carry out candidate sourcing activities through internal applications, networking and social/professional networks;
- Assessing and registering candidates in the applications provided by the company, in order to ensure that information is registered and shared with the partner;
- Ensuring that candidates with the right profile for the job are delivered within the deadlines set;
- Promoting a good candidate experience, in order to raise theprofile ofthe SynchroTech brand.
LOCATION AND HOURS
- Porto;
- 37.5h/week;
- Hybrid regime.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources Management or similar;
- 1 year\'s experience in IT (mandatory);
- Highly results-oriented and goal-oriented;
- Highly adaptable and resilient;
- Strong interpersonal and teamworkskills;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Goodknowledge of English (spoken and written).
