DUTIES

• Use appropriate methods to attract candidates, ensuring a consistent database in order to respond quickly and effectively to client offers/requests;
• Carry out candidate sourcing activities through internal applications, networking and social/professional networks;
• Assessing and registering candidates in the applications provided by the company, in order to ensure that information is registered and shared with the partner;
• Ensuring that candidates with the right profile for the job are delivered within the deadlines set;
• Promoting a good candidate experience, in order to raise theprofile ofthe SynchroTech brand.

LOCATION AND HOURS

• Porto;
• 37.5h/week;
• Hybrid regime.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources Management or similar;
• 1 year\'s experience in IT (mandatory);
• Highly results-oriented and goal-oriented;
• Highly adaptable and resilient;
• Strong interpersonal and teamworkskills;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
• Goodknowledge of English (spoken and written).
