Synchro Health, an EGOR Group company dedicated to providing healthcare services and care, is recruiting a nurse to work with facilities in the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Gathering initial information and conducting triage to establish a nursing care plan, with the goal of helping young people achieve the highest level of self-care regarding the following aspects:
  • Growth parameters (weight, height, body mass index, blood pressure, heart rate);
  • Skin, dentition, vision, hearing, posture, stage of puberty, physical examination, and psycho-emotional and social development;
  • Presence of warning signs and symptoms.
• Provision of proactive care regarding various topics, such as puberty, nutrition, physical activity, sleep habits, oral health, school, family, friends, leisure time, citizenship, sexuality, safety and accidents, hygiene, risky behaviors, violence, and abuse;
• Case-specific motivational interviewing to promote healthy lifestyles and encourage personal responsibility for health;
• Screening, assessment, and/or follow-up of cases or complaints through in-person and/or online consultations at youth health clinics

REQUIREMENTS

• Nurse registered with the Order of Nurses as a full member.
• Experience in similar roles;
• Professional experience in the areas of family planning, prevention, health promotion, and youth health
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Available to start immediately.

CONDITIONS

• Contract-based position, subject to availability and the needs of the service.
• Locations: Lisbon, Lisbon Expo, Moscavide, Santarém, Setúbal.
