JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, develop, and facilitate educational and pedagogical activities appropriate for the children’s age group, promoting meaningful learning through exploration, play, and discovery;
• Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and stimulating educational environment that fosters emotional well-being and the development of social, cognitive, and motor skills;
• Continuously assess the children’s progress and collaborate in defining individualized support strategies;
• Work closely with the teaching staff and families, contributing to an educational program based on closeness, cooperation, and the child’s holistic development.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

• Full-time;
• Lisbon.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and/or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education;
• Professional experience is preferred, though not required;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team;
• A strong sense of responsibility, empathy, dynamism, creativity, and the ability to take initiative;
• Commitment to an educational project that prioritizes excellence, human values, and the holistic development of each child;
• Availability to begin work in the next school year.
