JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

#8211; Clinical and scientific management: ensuring the technical and scientific quality of anatomic pathology diagnoses.

#8211; Human resources management: coordinating the medical, technical, and administrative teams, promoting continuing education and performance evaluations.

#8211; Operational management of the department: organizing workflows (biopsies, surgical specimens, cytology, autopsies, special techniques).

REQUIREMENTS

#8211;nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in medicine with a specialty in Pathology;nbsp;

#8211;nbsp;Registration with the Portuguese Medical Association;

#8211;nbsp;Valid professional license;

#8211; Ability to perform histopathological diagnoses.
