JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sourcing, promoting, and selling real estate properties;
• Providing personalized support to buyers and sellers;
• Managing and expanding the client and property portfolio;
• Identifying business opportunities in the real estate market;
• Negotiating and closing deals;
• Development of results-oriented sales strategies;
• Opportunity for advancement to coordinating and leading a sales team; 
• Training and mentoring of new real estate consultants.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

• Full-time;
• Porto.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in sales (preferably in the real estate sector);
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented;
• Entrepreneurial spirit and professional ambition;
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred);
• Enjoy working with clients and in the field.
