Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a Mortgage Sales Consultant (Leiria) to join a prestigious financial institution specializing in mortgage lending and part of a solid financial group that has been working with the European real estate sector for over 60 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of corporate clients in the real estate sector to promote mortgage loans;

• Supporting clients in selecting the best financing solutions, guiding them throughout the entire process;
• Negotiating with banks and financial institutions to secure the best loan terms;
• Maintain close contact with real estate partners and banking institutions.

WORK LOCATION

• Leiria area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education level: 12th grade;
• Experience in sales roles (preferably in the real estate and/or banking sectors);
• Knowledge of English.

TERMS

• Service contract (self-employed);
• Base salary for the first 6 months until the assigned client portfolio is developed or expanded. Thereafter, an average commission of 1.5% of each transaction amount;
• Participation in an ongoing project that values individual performance and the achievement of objectives.
