Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is hiring a Sales Representative (Inside Sales) for the Key Accounts segment at a reputable company—a pioneer in digital transformation and a market leader in its sector—in Porto.

ROLE

  • Conducting virtual sales activities through digital channels (phone, email, Teams);
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the customer base;
  • Identifying new market opportunities;
  • Prospecting, acquiring, and following up with new clients;
  • Recommending and negotiating IT and Telco solutions;
  • Developing a sales pipeline.

LOCATION AND HOURS

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
  • Porto.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales (required);
  • Experience in Information Technology is a plus;
  • Experience and/or leadership profile in sales and/or with partners is a plus;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

TERMS

  • Employment contract;
  • Base salary of 1,000–1,200 SA plus commissions;
  • Contract terms and benefits appropriate for the position;
