Synchro by Egor is hiring a Sales Representative to work with a leading company in the hair treatment and transplant industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Present medical and sales solutions (treatments and transplants) in a clear and personalized manner via phone, email, and other digital channels.
• Ensure empathetic and trustworthy communication with the patient throughout the entire process.
• Develop and negotiate sales plans, ensuring the sale is closed and targets are met.
• Follow up with the patient until an in-person consultation or treatment is scheduled.
• Manage leads and update the CRM, recording all interactions and proposals sent.
• Prioritize opportunities and monitor performance metrics (consultations, conversions, revenue).
• Ensure that the digital experience reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
• Collect patient feedback and propose improvements to the experience and processes

LOCATION AND HOURS

• Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• Willingness to work on Saturdays occasionally;
• Lisbon.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma;
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills;
• Focus on results and sales conversion;
• High level of autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Professional appearance;
• Good diction and ability to present arguments in Portuguese;
• Knowledge of English and/or French (preferred);
