Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a B2B Sales Manager to work with a client company in the energy sector in the Faro area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Recruit and train a team of energy sales representatives;
• Presenting energy supply proposals;
• Train and mentor promoters on best sales practices and strategies for generating leads and acquiring customers;
• Develop strategies to attract new promoters and expand the energy distribution network.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

• Faro;
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma (minimum);
• Proven experience in the commercial field, preferably in direct sales or retail;
• Computer skills at the user level (Office).

CONDITIONS

• Employment contract;
• Base salary of €920 Meal allowance of €7.50/day via card;
• Attractive commission package;
