Synchro by Egor is currently recruiting Customer Service Assistants for a project taking place in Ponta Delgada.
We are looking for customer-oriented professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing applications for electricity service (low voltage);
- Making contract changes (account ownership, rate plans, etc.);
- Setting up direct debit and electronic billing;
- Answering questions about billing, usage, services, and contracts;
- Handling complaints and requests for information;
- Entering meter readings and logging service outages after assessing the situation with the customer;
- Contacting customers in default to prevent service interruption;
- Updating contract information in the commercial database;
- Collecting debts from terminated contracts;
- Supporting the management of digital communications with customers.
Work schedule and location:
- Availability for rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
- Ponta Delgada
- 40 hours per week
- Rotating days off
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service (preferred);
- Good communication skills and empathy;
- Computer skills from a user’s perspective;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Enjoy working as part of a team and helping customers solve problems;
- Willingness to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
