Synchro by EGOR, in the Outsourcing division, is recruiting a Human Resources Assistant for a client company in the travel industry (river, sea, and freight) in Vila Nova de Gaia.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage recruitment and selection processes (identifying needs, posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews);
- Oversee the onboarding process, promoting the effective integration of new employees and ensuring a positive experience;
- Perform scheduling and support daily operational management;
- Identify training needs, support the implementation of development plans, and monitor employee training activities;
- Support payroll processing, ensuring the correct collection, validation, and processing of the necessary information;
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with internal and legal procedures related to employee departures;
- Provide administrative support to the various areas of Human Resources, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the smooth operation of the department.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1 day of remote work);
- Vila Nova de Gaia.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in administrative roles;
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Office tools;
- Fluency in English;
- Good communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively.
TERMS
- Direct employment contract with the company: €1,000 €8.50 per hour;
- Base Salary Meal Allowance (meal card).
