Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is hiring a Store Assistant for a leading company in the DIY, construction, and HVAC industry, located in Porto.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Customer service;
- Cashier duties;
- Monitoring sales and after-sales service;
- Stocking and organizing merchandise;
- Checking products and inventory
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization;
- Conducting inventory counts.
LOCATION AND HOURS
- Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings;
- Regular days off: Sundays, Saturday afternoons, and one morning during the week;
- Porto.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education: 12th-grade diploma or vocational technical degree;
- Previous professional experience in the construction materials sector;
- Interest in sales;
- Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset;
- Proactive, self-reliant, and responsible;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Strong focus on the end customer and their needs;
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
TERMS
- Employment contract;
- Base salary based on experience; Meal allowance.
- Initial and ongoing training;
