Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is hiring a Store Assistant for a leading company in the DIY, construction, and HVAC materials sector, located in Lixa, Felgueiras.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Customer service;
• Cashier duties;
• Monitoring sales and after-sales service;
• Stocking and organizing merchandise;
• Checking products and inventory
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization;
• Conducting inventory counts.

LOCATION AND HOURS

• Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings;
• Regular days off: Sundays, Saturday afternoons, and one morning during the week;
• Lixa, Felgueiras.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum education requirement: 12th-grade diploma or vocational technical degree;
• Previous professional experience in the construction materials sector;
• Interest in sales;
• Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a results-oriented mindset;
• Proactive, self-reliant, and responsible;
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Strong focus on the end customer and their needs;
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

TERMS

• Employment contract;
• Base salary based on experience; Meal allowance.
• Initial and ongoing training;
