Store Associate/In-Store Customer Service

Synchro by Egor is currently recruiting a Store Assistant/In-Store Customer Service Representative to work with a client company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide in-person customer service to customers, potential customers, and sales representatives in accordance with the company’s policy of excellence;
  • Performing administrative tasks to support the Sales Network;
  • Selling the company’s various products and services to end customers, ensuring personalized and excellent service;
  • Managing the workspace, including warehouses and inventory;
  • Ensuring document management;
  • Manage pending issues involving customers, potential customers, and sales agents;
  • Daily management of priorities, maintaining a focus on service—which is intended to be personalized and of the highest quality—for both internal and external customers.

WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION

  • Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (40 hours per week);
  • Regular days off: Saturday and Sunday;
  • Cascais.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in similar roles (required);
  • Minimum educational requirement: 12th grade (required);
  • Driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive, dynamic, and versatile;
  • Residence near the area.

WE OFFER

  • A long-term employment contract;
  • Base salary plus meal allowance, paid via meal card.
