Synchro by Egor is currently recruiting a Store Assistant/In-Store Customer Service Representative to work with a client company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide in-person customer service to customers, potential customers, and sales representatives in accordance with the company’s policy of excellence;
- Performing administrative tasks to support the Sales Network;
- Selling the company’s various products and services to end customers, ensuring personalized and excellent service;
- Managing the workspace, including warehouses and inventory;
- Ensuring document management;
- Manage pending issues involving customers, potential customers, and sales agents;
- Daily management of priorities, maintaining a focus on service—which is intended to be personalized and of the highest quality—for both internal and external customers.
WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
- Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (40 hours per week);
- Regular days off: Saturday and Sunday;
- Cascais.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in similar roles (required);
- Minimum educational requirement: 12th grade (required);
- Driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive, dynamic, and versatile;
- Residence near the area.
