Synchro by Egor is currently recruiting a Store Assistant/In-Store Customer Service Representative to work with a client company in Ponta Delgada.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide in-person customer service to customers, potential customers, and sales representatives, ensuring excellent service;
- Provide support to the Sales Network;
- Sell products and services to end customers, promoting personalized service;
- Provide quotes for equipment diagnosed by repair technicians;
- Respond to requests from internal and external customers, meeting defined service levels and escalating issues whenever necessary;
- Collaborate with the Customer Service department in managing complaints and recurring issues;
- Manage documentation, pending processes, and daily priorities;
- Ensure the management of workspace, warehouse, and material inventory, preventing stockouts and placing reorder requests;
- Coordinate activities with the rest of the team, ensuring that operational objectives are met;
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and report any failures or anomalies in infrastructure and equipment;
- Perform a variety of duties, providing support to the repair department as needed.
WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
- Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (40 hours per week);
- Regular days off: Saturday and Sunday;
- Ponta Delgada #8211; Azores.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in similar roles (required);
- Minimum educational requirement: 12th grade (required);
- Driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive, dynamic, and versatile;
- Residence near the area.
