Synchro by Egor is hiring a Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to work with a company specializing in plumbing, heating, and hydraulic maintenance, with an experienced team committed to quality, in Vila Nova de Gaia.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager and providing customer service at the front desk;

Receiving, verifying, and recording orders on the appropriate form or in the appropriate system;

Organizing, arranging, and restocking products in the warehouse and store;

Shipping of goods;

Scheduling services, deliveries, and pickups;

Managing and tracking orders;

Providing administrative support related to the role and organizing logistics documentation;
- Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse and store;

Performing all tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Line Manager;

Strict compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards;

Supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations;
- Customer service (in person and/or by phone) for construction products such as plumbing fixtures, gas appliances, plumbing supplies, irrigation systems, and central heating.
WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
- Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.;
- Vila Nova de Gaia.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum required education;
- Professional experience in similar roles is preferred;
- Class B driver’s license;
- Basic knowledge of document management;
- Basic knowledge of English;
- Attention to detail, dynamism, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility;
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and perform overtime;
- Available to start immediately.
TERMS
- Employment contract;
- Base salary of €950.00 Meal allowance via card: €10.20;
