Synchro by Egor is hiring a Back Office Assistant for a prestigious client located in Oeiras.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily back-office operations, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the tasks performed;
- Ensure document management and data entry in accordance with established procedures;
- Coordinate with external partners, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
- Monitor performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvement;
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by offering suggestions based on customer needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Previous experience in back-office and/or customer support roles;
- Experience in project management and coordination (preferred);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Customer-oriented and a passion for administrative work.
Conditions
- Work hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
- Work location: Porto Salvo, Oeiras;
- Base Salary: €1,150;
- Meal allowance: €7.63/day.
