Synchro by Egor is hiring a Back Office Assistant for a prestigious client located in Oeiras.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily back-office operations, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the tasks performed;
  • Ensure document management and data entry in accordance with established procedures;
  • Coordinate with external partners, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
  • Monitor performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvement;
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by offering suggestions based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Previous experience in back-office and/or customer support roles;
  • Experience in project management and coordination (preferred);
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Customer-oriented and a passion for administrative work.

Conditions

  • Work hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
  • Work location: Porto Salvo, Oeiras;
  • Base Salary: €1,150;
  • Meal allowance: €7.63/day.
