Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time, weekends) for a shopping center in the Matosinhos area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide customer service in person and over the phone, offering information about the shopping center’s stores, services, and events;
- Recording requests and complaints, organizing informational materials, and assisting with operational activities at the shopping center’s information desk.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- Saturday and Sunday;
- 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.;
- Matosinhos (Senhora da Hora)
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma;
- Enjoy working with customers;
- Knowledge of English;
- Computer skills from a user’s perspective.
CONDITIONS
- Base Salary: 184€/month Meal Allowance: 5.50€/day (card);
- Absence allowance: 9.20€.
