Synchro by Egor is hiring a part-time Customer Service Assistant to work with a client company in Lisbon (vacation replacement).
Job Description
- Greet visitors to the store;
- Ensure regular light cleaning of the areas available to visitors;
- Provide visitors with a brief overview of the company’s history, as needed;
- Report any issues in the store, such as the need for more thorough cleaning, among others.
Work Schedule and Location
- From 2:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. (20 hours per week);
- August 4–21 (vacation cover);
- Fixed days off on weekends;
- Lisbon.
Requirements
- Experience in similar roles (required);
- Basic knowledge of English (required);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive, dynamic, and versatile;
- Availability for the duration of the temporary assignment.
