Customer Service Assistant

Synchro by Egor is currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for a client company in the retail sector. 

Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring personalized customer service;
  • Providing support to the marketing, tourism, and communications departments. 

Schedule:

  • Monday through Sunday, with two rotating days off;
  • Rotating shifts: 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; 10 a.m.–7 p.m.; 11 a.m.–8 p.m.; 12 p.m.–9 p.m.; 2 p.m.–11 p.m.;
  • Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar fields (required);
  • Fluency in English (preferred);
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;
  • Professional demeanor, empathy, and customer focus.
