Synchro by Egor is currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for a client company in the retail sector.
Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring personalized customer service;
- Providing support to the marketing, tourism, and communications departments.
Schedule:
- Monday through Sunday, with two rotating days off;
- Rotating shifts: 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; 10 a.m.–7 p.m.; 11 a.m.–8 p.m.; 12 p.m.–9 p.m.; 2 p.m.–11 p.m.;
- Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or similar fields (required);
- Fluency in English (preferred);
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;
- Professional demeanor, empathy, and customer focus.
