Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to work in the store of a leading cultural organization in the city of Porto.
FUNCTION

• Attending to customers in person and by telephone;
• Ensuring the operation of the public reception services;
• Providing general information on activities;
• Ensuringthe integrity of the heritage;
• Providing support for the various events.

LOCATION AND TIMETABLE

• Rotating hours: Between 8 a.m. and midnight;
• Rotating days off;
• Porto.

REQUIREMENTS

• 12th year of schooling or higher education;
• Commercial experience;
• Goodknowledge of English;
• A love of customer service;
• A love of areas related to Art, Culture and Architecture.

CONDITIONS

• Hourly contract;
• Integration into an entity linked to the cultural sector.
