Customer Support Assistant – European Funds

Synchro is currently recruiting a Contact Center Assistant to join a project in the area of European fund support.

Responsibilities:

  • Multichannel customer service (phone, email, chat, video calls, and social media);
  • Answering questions related to European funds (Portugal 2020, Portugal 2030, PRR, among others);
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues reported by users;
  • Logging and escalating incidents;
  • Providing technical support and general information to customers.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
  • Fixed days off on weekends;
  • Lisbon.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service roles (preferred);
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility;
  • Knowledge of languages (English, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
