Synchro is currently recruiting a Contact Center Assistant to join a project in the area of European fund support.
Responsibilities:
- Multichannel customer service (phone, email, chat, video calls, and social media);
- Answering questions related to European funds (Portugal 2020, Portugal 2030, PRR, among others);
- Diagnosing and resolving issues reported by users;
- Logging and escalating incidents;
- Providing technical support and general information to customers.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
- Fixed days off on weekends;
- Lisbon.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service roles (preferred);
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of languages (English, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
