Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for an Information Desk at a shopping center in Coimbra.

DUTIES

• Attending to customers in person and by telephone;
• Providing assistance and clarification to customers, in particular on the location, opening hours and contacts of stores, lost and found, services and events;
• Managing the services provided by the space, such as baby carriages, wheelchairs and others that may be implemented;
• Supporting the surveillance team.

LOCATION AND TIMETABLE

• Part-time;
• Thursday to Sunday from 19h-22h;
• Coimbra.

REQUIREMENTS

• 12th grade education;
• Experience in customer service;
• Knowledge of English;
• Computer literacy.

CONDITIONS

• Employment contract;
• Basicsalary €246.00;
• Christmas and vacation allowances .
