Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for an Information Desk at a shopping center in Coimbra.
DUTIES
- Attending to customers in person and by telephone;
- Providing assistance and clarification to customers, in particular on the location, opening hours and contacts of stores, lost and found, services and events;
- Managing the services provided by the space, such as baby carriages, wheelchairs and others that may be implemented;
- Supporting the surveillance team.
LOCATION AND TIMETABLE
- Part-time;
- Thursday to Sunday from 19h-22h;
- Coimbra.
REQUIREMENTS
- 12th grade education;
- Experience in customer service;
- Knowledge of English;
- Computer literacy.
CONDITIONS
- Employment contract;
- Basicsalary €246.00;
- Christmas and vacation allowances .
