Synchro by Egor is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work with a client company in Lisbon.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling administrative tasks related to violation claims and retrieving documents from the company’s interim archive;
  • Preparing and filing documents;
  • Scanning documents and extracting information from scanned documents for integration into the computer application;
  • Retrieving court documents from the interim archive.

WORK LOCATIONS AND HOURS

  • Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
  • Regular days off on Saturday and Sunday;
  • Tagus Park, Oeiras.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in similar roles (required);
  • Previous experience in finance (required);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive, dynamic, and versatile;
  • Immediate availability.

TERMS

  • Payment via self-employment invoices;
  • Long-term project;
  • Initial and ongoing training.
