Synchro by Egor is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work with a client company in Lisbon.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling administrative tasks related to violation claims and retrieving documents from the company’s interim archive;
- Preparing and filing documents;
- Scanning documents and extracting information from scanned documents for integration into the computer application;
- Retrieving court documents from the interim archive.
WORK LOCATIONS AND HOURS
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
- Regular days off on Saturday and Sunday;
- Tagus Park, Oeiras.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in similar roles (required);
- Previous experience in finance (required);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive, dynamic, and versatile;
- Immediate availability.
TERMS
