Customer Service Representative (English)

Synchro by Egor is hiring a Customer Service Representative (English) for a client located in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, video calls, and social media;
  • Diagnosing and identifying potential issues or problems while handling phone calls, emails, chat, video calls, and social media;
  • Logging and escalating incidents in accordance with the client’s procedures;
  • Providing customer service in a foreign language;
  • Tasks required as part of contact center operations.

Work schedule and location:

  • Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
  • Fixed days off on weekends;
  • Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar roles;
  • Organizational skills and a methodical approach to work;
  • Sense of responsibility, organization, and dynamism
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in Portuguese
