Synchro by Egor is hiring a Customer Service Representative (English) for a client located in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, video calls, and social media;
- Diagnosing and identifying potential issues or problems while handling phone calls, emails, chat, video calls, and social media;
- Logging and escalating incidents in accordance with the client’s procedures;
- Providing customer service in a foreign language;
- Tasks required as part of contact center operations.
Work schedule and location:
- Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
- Fixed days off on weekends;
- Lisbon.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Organizational skills and a methodical approach to work;
- Sense of responsibility, organization, and dynamism
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in Portuguese
