Job Description

• Establish telephone contact with customers or potential customers;
• Answering calls and, when necessary, transferring calls to an external destination;
• Handling emails.

Schedule and Work Location

• Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
• Monday through Friday, with Saturdays and Sundays off;
• Lisbon.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in similar roles (Required);
• High school diploma (Required);
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Required);
• Ability to work in a team;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Attendance and punctuality
• Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and dynamism.

CONDITIONS

• Base salary Meal allowance, paid via card Bonuses;
• Long-term employment contract.
